Refund Policy

General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's policy. Each event may have different refund terms.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled:

  • Full refunds are typically provided
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
  • Original payment method will be credited

Event Postponement

For postponed events, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be available based on organizer policy.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact the event organizer directly
  2. If unresolved, contact our support team
  3. Provide your order number and reason

Non-Refundable Items

  • Service fees (unless event is cancelled)
  • Tickets marked as non-refundable
  • Past events
