General Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's policy. Each event may have different refund terms.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled:
- Full refunds are typically provided
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
Event Postponement
For postponed events, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be available based on organizer policy.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact the event organizer directly
- If unresolved, contact our support team
- Provide your order number and reason
Non-Refundable Items
- Service fees (unless event is cancelled)
- Tickets marked as non-refundable
- Past events
